Nautos now offers you a new online hosting module - the perfect cloud solution for secure access to your documents, independently of your IT, anytime and anywhere.
The latest Nautos module is an XML-based format for exchanging requirements. It enables you to use standards content in your requirements management systems in a granular way.
The API metadata module enables you to access current standards data directly from external applications and to automatically submit customer-specific search queries to Nautos.
Our software allows you to centrally research and retrieve standards, regulations, company standards, customer details and your own specification documents. You can access these documents anywhere, any time, and immediately see whether they are valid and can be opened.
Reap the benefits of an integrated workflow: When an order request is submitted, the software automatically informs the user who is responsible for processing the order and displays the current processing status. Procurement at the push of a button allows shorter processing times – quick document access increases efficiency.
Licence management enables companies to control access to documents and thus realize cost synergies in the procurement and provision of standards. The prerequisite for this is that the documents acquired by the company are available in Nautos and that the reproduction rights are granted via a network licence for the respective document, set of documents or collections.
Thanks to a clear document icon, Nautos users can see at a glance whether a required standard is already available in the system. This helps to avoid duplicate purchases and utilize resources efficiently. In larger companies in particular, the centralized overview enables better control over existing standards and targeted new orders.
Yes, users can set up monitoring for relevant standards and regulations and are automatically notified of changes and updates. Monitoring can also be transferred or extended to other colleagues.
Nautos can be seamlessly integrated into your existing IT infrastructure and can be conveniently used as software as a service via a web browser. Relevant user data can be easily imported via CSV files. With our optional Nautos module Single Sign-On (SSO), user data is even automatically integrated into the system, eliminating the need for manual effort.
