This document (EN 438-9:2010+A1:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 "Plastics", the secretariat of which is held by NBN. This standard differs from DIN EN 438-9:2010-09 as follows: a) in Table 1, column 1, "H" has been replaced by "R" as the first letter for metal reinforced core laminates; b) in Table 7, column 5, "HTS", "HTF", "HCS" and "HCF" have been replaced by "RTS", "RTF", "RCS" and "RCF" as laminate grades. The responsible national standardization committee is Working Committee NA 054-04-01 AA "Dekorative Schichtstoffe und Mineralwerkstoffe" ("Decorative laminates and solid surfacing materials") at the Plastics Standards Committee (FNK) at DIN.
