Overview

The standard contains regulations for first plan representations in operating plans required by German mining law. Due to generally bad experience with the operating plans filed with the authorities it is necessary to improve and unify the representation of designs. The standard provides a framework for this purpose. Due to the fact that citizen participation is to be assumed during contemporary planning procedures, the opportunity for eye-catching illustrations with larger line widths or extensive coloured illustrations has been provided. The standard has been prepared by Working Group NA 008-11-01-02 AK "Tagesgegenstände, Tagebaue" ("Objects on the surface, open cast mines") at Working Committee "Markscheidewesen" ("Mine-surveying") of FABERG.
