This standard specifies a method for determination of the total ash of tea. The organic compounds of the sample are decomposed at (525 ± 25) °C to constant mass. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 057-05-11 AA "Tee" ("Tea") at DIN Standards Committee Food and Agricultural Products (NAL).
