This standard specifies requirements, types and test methods for milled cereal products. The main change from its predecessor is the consideration of machine sieving when determining the sieve residue. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 057-05-06 AA "Getreide und Getreideerzeugnisse" ("Cereals and cereal products") at DIN Standards Committee Food and Agricultural Products (NAL).
