Order form: Licence fees for the use of DVGW documents within an internal company network

or the permission to save DVGW documents within an internal company network and for internal duplication, one-off licence fees are to be paid by the licensee, for which Beuth Verlag GmbH will issue an invoice. 

The licence fees charged are dependent on the net list price of the DVGW documents used and on the number of users. If these parameters change, the Licensor can adjust the licence fee accordingly. The number of users can be subsequently changed; we will simply issue an invoice for the difference. If there are changes to the number of stored DVGW documents and the number of users, the Licensee 
is obliged to give details of these changes annually, in writing, to the licence issuer.

The digital DVGW documents are used within an internal network at one location (or are used in outsourced departments with differing addresses).
