Short description
The technical instruction on air quality control (TA Luft) provides to transfer meteorological data of a measuring site to an asset location if no measuring data at the site of the plant exists. The transferability of this data has to be proved. The standard describes procedures how to realise such tests. Therefor the data set containing wind speed, wind direction, and stability parameter for atmospheric layers (AKTerm, AKS) is checked to be representative in space and in time for a dispersion calculation according to standard VDI 3783 Part 13.
