Short description
The document deals with floor-running non-rackbound industrial trucks. The railbound storage and retrieval units for racking systems are described in VDI 2361 Blatt 1. It is supposed to give an overview of industrial trucks and their associated operating conditions, which are predominantly used for storage and retrieval operations in narrow aisles and for commissioning. Industrial trucks without lift or with small lift are not described in this guideline.
