Short description
The standard provides a practise-relevant description of the statistical methodology "performance pricing" used for the pricing of components, products or services. "Performance pricing" is based upon a top-down approach which enables the user to analyse prices for an entire material group related to value-based criteria, the so-called "value drivers". For the application a seven-step approach is described, which has been tried and tested in industrial practise. This approach includes all specific steps from the selection of the product group to be analysed up to the estimation of the potential.
