This guideline describes the energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence-analysis (ED-RFA) of the lead mass concentration in the suspended dust samples collected according to the individual parts of guideline VDI 2463. Taking into consideration the method characteristics of the sampling and analysis, a complete measurement method is indicated which is suitabled for assessing and inspecting immissions of particulate lead compounds in the routine range.
