Short description
This document is applicable to plants in which domestic waste, bulk refuse, refuse similar to domestic waste, sewage sludge from municipal plants and similar wastes are incinerated. The incineration of hazardous wastes is dealt with in VDI 3460 and the incineration of wastes from hospitals and other health service establishment is dealt with in VDI 2301.
