Short description
The document describes requirements concerning sanitary engineering for the comfort of personnel pursuing light activity (1,5 met) in cleanrooms. The thermal comfort of a person depends on the heat balance of the body and of the local distribution of the heat emission. The heat balance is determined by the degre of physical activity and the clothing (temperature lag) as well as the parameters of the surrounding climate, such as the temperature of the boundary surfaces of the room, air temperature, relative air humidity and air velocity.
