Overview

This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure was developed within a workshop (temporary committee) set up on a temporary basis. The document was developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword. The DIN SPEC specifies requirements for a standardized financial analysis for private households and covers the sectors property and capital asset (buildings and household contents, liability and legal protection, etcetera), provision (illness, occupational disability, care, old-age provision, etcetera) as well as asset planning (liquidity reserve, saving targets, debt, etcetera). The financial analysis is intended to provide measurable, objective and recommendations tailored to individual demand. The standardized financial analysis always refers to the individual persons of the private household and is based on the current data of the household.
