  • A manufacturer from the energy sector with a focus on renewable energy sent a research request to DIN Software GmbH: They wanted to identify national deviations in European Standards.

  • One customer wanted to know what needs to be considered when supplying special internal combustion engines for power generation for maritime and stationary applications in European and non-European markets.   • An occupational health and safety organization commissioned DIN Software GmbH to search for valid DIN Standards and draft standards that deal with occupational health and safety issues - not technical occupational health and safety issues. The client provided a list of search terms and requested the results in the form of Excel files.

  • As part of its "REACH and standardization" project, DIN’s Environmental Protection Helpdesk commissioned DIN Software GmbH to search for four selected substances in standards. This work could only be carried out by searching within the documents themselves, as the name or designation of the substances searched for generally play a subordinate role in the standards texts.
