This standard specifies the characteristics and quality requirements for screws in corrosion resistance steels, with normal tensile strength of 1 100 MPa and 1 250 MPa, for temperatures up to 235 °C. It shall be applied whenever referenced to this technical specification in standards, drawings or other construction documentation. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 131-03-01 AA "Verbindungselemente (Spiegelausschuss zu ISO/TC 20/SC 4" ("Aerospace fasteners (mirror committee to ISO/TC 20/SC 4)") at DIN.
