Overview

This standard specifies the dimensions and tolerances, in millimetres, of flat ejector pins which are used in compression and injection moulds and in die casting dies. It also gives material guidelines and hardness requirements, and specifies the designation of flat ejector pins. This standard contains the German version of the International standard which has been prepared by ISO/TC 29/SC 8 "Tools for pressing and moulding" within Working Group 2 "Tools for pressing". The responsible German committee is Working Committee NA 121-03-02 AA "Press-, Spritzgieß- und Druckgießwerkzeuge" ("Tools for pressing") of FWS.
