This part of ISO 11093 specifies test methods for the determination of the internal diameter, the external diameter, the wall thickness and the length of paper and board cores. The international document ISO 11093 4:2016, "Paper and board - Testing of cores - Part 4: Measurement of dimensions", has been adopted unchanged in this standard. The responsible German committee is Working Committee is NA 074-01-41 AA "Zylindrische Wickelkerne aus Papier und Pappe für Flächengebilde" ("Cylindrical cores of paper and board for reels") at DIN Standards Committee Paper, board and pulps (NPa).
