DIN EN ISO 6134:2017-06

The product standard specifies requirements for two types of hoses and hose assemblies, low pressure with a maximum working pressure of 6 bar and high pressure with a maximum working pressure of 18 bar, made of rubber and hose fittings made of metal, designed to convey saturated steam and hot water condensate. Each type is divided into two classes having either an oil resistant or non-oil resistant cover. This document has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 45 "Rubber and rubber products" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 218 "Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies". The responsible national standardization committee is Working Committee NA 045-02-12 AA "Gummi- und Kunststoffschläuche sowie Schlauchleitungen (Spiegelgremium zu CEN/TC 218, ISO/TC 45/SC 1)" ("Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies (national mirror committee for CEN/TC 218, ISO/TC 45/SC 1)") at DIN Standards Committee Elastomer Technology (NET).
