Overview

This part of the EN ISO 17575 series of standards defines the format and semantics of the exchange data between electronic tolling equipment in the vehicle and the electronic equipment of the corresponding toll providers. This defines a uniform interface between road vehicle and toll provider that supports the introduction of internationally standardized tolling systems.
