DIN EN ISO 15630-2:2011-02

DIN EN ISO 15630-2 specifies test methods applicable to welded fabric. DIN EN ISO 15630 consists of the following parts, under the general title "Steel for the reinforcement and prestressing of concrete - Test methods": - Part 1: Reinforcing bars, wire rod and wire - Part 2: Welded fabric - Part 3: Prestressing steel The aim of ISO 15630 is to provide all relevant test methods for reinforcing and prestressing steels in one standard. Therefore, the existing International Standards for testing these products have been revised and updated. Some further test methods have been added. Reference is made to general International Standards on the testing of metals, as far as they are applicable. Complementary provisions have been given if needed. With respect to DIN EN ISO 15630-2:2002-09, the following modifications have been made: a) clause 5 has been revised; b) Figure 1 has been corrected; c) note in 6.3 has been deleted and text has been revised; d) text in 6.4 has been revised; e) Figure 3 has been completely revised; f) 8.4.6 has been revised; g) 8.4.7 has been deleted; h) note in clause 9 has been supplemented; i) bibliography has been supplemented; j) standard has been editorially revised.
