DIN EN ISO 11372:2012-03

DIN EN ISO 11372 aims at the harmonization of the different operating and filling conditions of individual acetylene cylinders and covers requirements that reflect current practice and experience regarding the inspection at the time of filling. For this purpose, the specifications of EN 1801, EN 12754 and ISO 11372 have been brought in line with each other and merged into one document; DIN EN ISO 11372 therefore cancels and replaces DIN EN 1801:1999-02 and DIN EN 12754:2002-03. The standard specifies minimum requirements for the filling conditions and filling inspection of acetylene cylinders. The standard is not applicable to an assembly of cylinders connected by a manifold, for example, bundles (see ISO 13088).
