DIN EN ISO 10318-2:2015-10

EN ISO 10318 "Geosynthetics" consists of two parts: Part 1: Terms and definitions; Part 2: Symbols and Pictograms. The part of ISO 10318 defines property symbols, graphical symbols, and pictograms used in EN and ISO geosynthetics standards. Definitions of particular or specific symbols and pictograms terms not included in this this part of ISO 10318 can be found in the International Standards describing appropriate test methods. Regarding the German collaboration, the committee responsible for this standard is Working Committee NA 106-01-11 AA "Geotextilien und Geokunststoffe; SpA zu CEN/TC 189 und ISO/TC 221" ("Geotextiles and geosynthetics; mirror committee of CEN/TC 189 and ISO/TC 221") at DIN Standards Committee Textiles and Textile Machinery. In this standard, the text of ISO 10318-2:2015 has been presented in three columns in three languages (German, English, French) in order to enable the reader to compare the geosynthetic terminology directly and thus facilitate its application.
