Performance characteristics of fuel cells of various technologies are mainly influenced by operating conditions and ambient conditions of the respective power system. For stationary systems with a power output from 10 kW upwards, this part 62282-3-200 describes related test methods under specified requirements with regard to operation, load changes, electrical and thermal efficiency as well as impact on our environment in terms of noise and exhaust gases, but not electro-magnetic compatibility. The responsible committee is K 384 "Brennstoffzellen" ("Fuel cells") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
