The responsible Subcommittee is UK 214.5 "Ausrüstungen und Geräte zum Arbeiten unter Spannung; Arbeitsgeräte und starre Schutzvorrichtungen" ("Equipment and devices for live working; Working equipment and rigid protective devices") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
