Overview

This European Standard specifies the dimensions, tolerances, required characteristics and mass of a receptacle for use in fuselage interior equipment and structural applications. This standard shall be used in conjunction with studs per EN 6088 or EN 6105. The EN 6092 standard has been prepared by the standardization organization ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD), with the participation of German experts from DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-03-01 AA "Verbindungselemente (Spiegelausschuss zu ISO/TC 20/SC 4" ("Aerospace fasteners (mirror committee to ISO/TC 20/SC 4)") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
