Overview

This European Standard specifies a method for measuring the thickness, length and width of test pieces of wood-based panels. Compared to EN 325:1993-08 the measuring surface diameter for thickness measurement changed from (16 ± 1) mm to 15 mm to 20 mm and the minimum measuring surface width for length and width measurement changed from 5 mm to 3 mm. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 042-02-15 AA "Holzwerkstoffe - Spiegelausschuss zu CEN/TC 112 und ISO/TC 89" ("Wood-based panels - Mirror Committee of CEN/TC 112 and ISO/TC 89") at DIN.
