DIN EN 15348:2015-01

The standard DIN EN 15348 is the German language version of EN 15348. This standard gives guidance for the determination of delivery conditions for poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) recyclates. The standard gives the most important characteristics and associated test methods for assessing PET recyclates intended to be used for the production of semi-finished/finished products. It is intended for use by the supplier and purchaser of such materials, to assist them in agreeing on specifications. This standard series is intended for manufacturers and users of PET recyclates. It is particularly intended to cover quality aspects. The present standard is a revision of the 2008 edition. The European Standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 "Plastics", the secretariat of which is held by NBN (Belgium). The responsible German committee is Working Committee NA 054-01-06 AA "Kunststoffverwertung" ("Recycling of plastics") at the FNK.
