DIN EN 13684:2010-04

The term tine assembly has been added to the new version of DIN EN 13684. Furthermore, specifications for tine impact testing and tine guards have been made. Furthermore, the paper specification for the target panel in the operator area has been changed, figures showing the test rig and testing the strength of tines as well as the illustration of the side guard of the tines have been modified and the texts in clause "Warnings" and Annex A have been editorially revised. The standard has been prepared by Working Group 7 "Garden equipment" (secretariat: BSI, Great Britain) of Technical Committee CEN/TC 144 "Tractors and machinery for agriculture and forestry" (secretariat: AFNOR, France) of the European Committee for Standardization. On the national level, the responsible Committee is NA 020-00-11-05 UA "Vertikutierer" ("Scarifier") of NAEBM.
