Overview

This standard applies to screwed connections between spindle on the one hand and device or tool on the other hand. Furthermore, an interlining can be arranged in-between. Such screwed connections are used in large numbers in production in optical engineering. The standard is intended for reduction of the variety of screwed connections and promotes interchangeability at high precision. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee is NA 027-01-11 AA "Fertigungsmittel der Optik" ("Production means in optical engineering") at NAFuO.
