The requirements are applicable for: - all rooms heated in accordance with their purpose to normal internal temperatures (≥ 19 °C); - all rooms heated in accordance with their purpose to low internal temperatures (≥ 12 °C and < 19 °C); - as well as those rooms that are heated by the previously mentioned open adjacent rooms. The requirements for thermal bridges are not applicable to rooms heated in accordance with their purpose to low internal temperatures (≥ 12 °C) and (< 19 °C). The requirements for thermal protection in summer (clause 8) are applicable for heated rooms and buildings. Furthermore, this standard provides technical information about thermal protection for the planning and design of habitable rooms in buildings.
