DIN 2626:2016-06

This standard specifies types, sealing surface designs, dimensions, materials, manufacturing methods, marking and designation of line blanks. These are designed with and without a hole and are intended for installation between flange connections in pipelines (for example, according to the DIN EN 13480 series of standards) and on vessel nozzles (for example, according to the DIN EN 13445 series of standards). The line blanks are intended for use with flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1 of nominal pressure rating PN 6 to PN 160 and the sealing surface forms Form A, Form B, Form C and Form D. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 082-00-16 AA "Flansche und ihre Verbindungen" ("Flanges and their joints"), Ad-hoc-AK "Line Blanks" at DIN Standards Committee Piping and Boiler Plant (NARD).
