ATV DIN 18317 "Road construction - Asphalt surfacings" has been editorially revised by the German Committee for Construction Contract Procedures (DVA). Among other things, the references to VOB/A have been updated. It is applicable for roads and paths of any type, including open spaces, courtyards, airfields, railway platforms and track systems, with asphalt bases, combined asphalt base and surface layers, asphalt binder courses and asphalt surface courses, as well as surface treatment, protective layers and asphalt surface courses on bridges.
