Overview

The DIN 14700 standard series specifies requirements for a consistent CAN interface for components which are used in emergency vehicles of the fire brigade and authorities and organisations with security tasks (BOS) and which are integrated in the vehicle operation and vehicle diagnosis. This Part 2 of the DIN 14700 standard series specifies the CAN interfaces of the gateway. The responsible committee is NA 031-02-02 AA "Elektrische Betriebsmittel" ("Electrical equipment") at DIN.
