AQL-sampling disc

DIN ISO 2859-1:2014-08 describes a standardized acceptance sampling system for inspection by attributes indexed in terms of the acceptance quality limit (AQL).

The principle of the AQL sampling disc is simple: Turn the disc to the proper side (single or double sampling), turn the wheel until the desired AQL level is shown, choose the relevant lot size and read off the acceptance number. The disc can be clipped to your belt so it can be used anywhere. The AQL sampling disc makes it easier to effectively carry out quality acceptance inspections, and ensures suppliers of high quality products have a higher chance of acceptance.
