Short description
The standard VDI 6200 has established itself as the standard work for the regular inspection of the stability of structures. The reports on the respective inspections are usually very different and have so far been subject to the freedom of the inspectors and the specifications of the clients. This has made it difficult to compare the reports and update them. Operators with large property portfolios, who often award inspection contracts to different offices/inspection organisations, therefore often lack the basis for standardised documentation, reporting, and presentation of results. This standard therefore provides a basis for a homogenised assessment and presentation of condition. The focus here is on a simple and standardised evaluation of the test results as well as a generally and easily understandable presentation of the condition of the building, e. g. with a sample test report and a grading system.
