This Technical Specification describes the binary data format of the on-air interface of the Conditional Access Information application with the technical version number. The Technical Specification is part of extensive specifications of a byte-oriented data stream format transferring travel-related messages of service providers (radio stations or broadcasters) to end-users (vehicles) and which are visually or audibly assessed by the customer in the respective language.
