Overview

This standard specifies the dimensions of the 60° interface for adaptors, threaded, with lockring, assembly with elastomer O-ring, for aerospace applications. This standard applies to all adaptors, threaded, with lockring, assembled to EN 2607 and used in fluid systems with a pressure of 28 000 kPa maximum for which a metric-size coupling with a 60° conical sealing surface has been selected. This standard EN 2606:2009 has been prepared by ASD-STAN, Technical Section Mechanics, with the participation of German experts of the Aerospace Standards Committee. The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-03-02 AA "Fluidische Systeme und Komponenten" ("Fluidic systems and components") of the Aerospace Standards Committee at DIN.
