Overview

Suspension catches in accordance to this standard are applied on ships and offshore installations for securing hooks according to DIN 81420 and DIN 81405. Doors can be held in open position and in case of non-utilisation of the hook, it can be fixed. For this purpose, a suspension catch is mounted on the door leaf and on the wall, respectively.
