1.1 This test method measures the curing performance characteristics of emulsified asphalt and aggregates by simulating the brooming of a surface treatment in the laboratory. 1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.3 A precision and bias statement for this standard has not been developed at this time.
