1.1 This specification establishes the requirements for rolled copper sheet and strip in flat lengths or coils in ounce-weight thicknesses for roofing, cladding, flashings, gutters, downspouts, and general sheet metal work for building construction. 1.1.1 Products produced to this specification are not intended for electrical applications. 1.2 Units- The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units that are provided for information only and are not considered standard.
