The document applies, as an addition to guideline VDI 2079, to the performace acceptance testing of built-in room cooling surfaces (cooling ceilings). The performance test of cooling surface elements is carried out in accordance DIN 4715-1 on special test stands by approved test bodies (type testing). A performance test is therefore not part of this document.
