VG 95955 "Hoses for fuelling and pipelines" consists of: - Part 1: Pressure hoses without helix Type D, PN 16 - Part 2: Pressure hoses with PA helix Type P, PN 16 - Part 3: Suction and discharge hoses with steel helix Type S, PN 10 - Part 4: Generic specification - Part 5: Marking procedures for hoses for fuels and lubricants This standard applies to hoses for fuelling and pipelines according to VG 95955-1 to VG 95955-3. It specifies the technical requirements, quality assurance and packing regulations measures. Modifications have become necessary with regard to edition VG 95955-4:2010-12. The technical requirements provide a detailed description of all the essential requirements for the structure, dimensions, pressure resistance, temperature resistance, media resistance, electrical resistance as well as marking. The requirements for the individual inspections (general requirements, number of samples, and also test schedules) are described in the tables. Sample test certificates and required certificates of compliance with orders were documented in Annexes A and B. Annex C (informative) documents the allocation of the hoses according to the nominal pressure of the hose fittings. This standard is a generic specification in the field of supply and disposal the components of which require approval in accordance with VG 95211. Hoses according to with this standard observe the technical regulations for flammable fluids and, unless they have metal inner strands to DIN EN ISO 1361. This standard has been prepared by the Shipbuilding and Marine Technology Standards Committee (NSMT) at DIN, Working Committee NA 132-02-07 AA "Betankungs- und Pipelineschläuche" ("Tubes for refuelling and pipelines").
